I hope this finds you well.

I’m writing to share with you the Board’s plans for the church’s 2025 Annual Meeting.

The Annual Meeting will be held on Sunday, June 8th, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. The meeting will occur entirely on Zoom.

Here are some key dates in preparation for the meeting:

Annual reports from committees and affinity groups are due by May 11th. They should be submitted to our Church Administrator, Jeannette Jackson, at churchadmin@pbuuc.org. 

• The board’s proposed budget will be discussed at our regular meeting on Wednesday, May 14th.
• The notice of the Annual Meeting, the annual report, and the board’s proposed budget will be sent to you via email by May 23rd.
• The board will hold a Budget Town Hall on Sunday, June 1st, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. The meeting will take place via Zoom only.
• Electronic voting for board members and committee members will begin Sunday, June 8th, at 6:00 PM and end on Tuesday, June 10th, at 6:00 PM.
• The board will approve the final 2025-26 budget at its regular meeting on June 11th.
