The next regularly scheduled zoom board meeting will include
the proposed 2025-2026 Budget discussion on May 14, 2025 at 7pm.

There will be a 
Budget Town Hall Meeting
Sunday, June 1, 2025 from 10am – 12pm on zoom. 

The Annual Meeting is 
Sunday, June 8, 2025 from 10am – 12pm on zoom. 

Board Meetings are routinely held at 7 pm on the 
SECOND WEDNESDAY of each month. 

Your ideas regarding topics for 
Board Meeting agendas are welcome.
You can submit proposals for the Board agenda  
by providing a “Read Ahead Report” 
by 6 pm two Mondays prior to Board Meetings to
ExecCom@pbuuc.org

  1. Continue the process of developing a shared vision and core purpose for this church; determine and design the next step in this process.
  2. Update our governance documents and policies to reflect our values.
  3. Continue our efforts to build a generationally welcoming, beloved community with a healthy, inclusive, racially diverse culture. 
  4. Continue developing strong and transparent systems of communication, decision-making, and feedback.
