PBUUC is currently searching for a part-time Director of Music Ministry to lead our exploration, expression, and connection through music. The position is part-time (15 hours a week) and supervisory. We are seeking a dynamic and collaborative leader to create a vibrant, inclusive, and spiritually fulfilling community. Our goal for music ministry is to have music that supports the worship service, represents a variety of music genres, reflects the diversity of our congregation, and nurtures the community.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to envision and shape the congregation’s musical landscape, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration. You will work closely with the ministerial team, staff, singers, instrumentalists, and community artists.
