Upcoming Sunday Services
Sunday Services are held at 10:00 AM
On most Sundays, children and youth join adults in the Meetinghouse for the first fifteen minutes of the service before going to Religious Exploration for Children and Youth in the RE building across from the Meeting House. Parents should collect their children from their classrooms after the service.
Certain Sunday services are designated as All Ages Celebrations. On those days, children and youth are invited to remain in the Meetinghouse for the entire service.
Nursery care for the youngest is provided in Room 6 of the RE building from 9:45 to 11:45 am.
Services are followed by Fellowship and then Enrichment Hour from 11:45 am to 12:45 pm.
Visitors are welcomed every Sunday, so please invite a co-worker, the new family on your block, or an old friend.
The Workshop of Our Common Endeavor
The Rev. Evan Keely, Interim Minister; with Carla Miller, DMRE; Van Summers, Worship Associate; the Chalice Dancers; and the Choir
Building and maintaining a beloved community of memory and hope demands much of us, and brings much joy and beauty into our lives.
Guest speaker Rev. Pratima Dharm; with Will Snyder, Worship Associate
Christian Nestell Bovee wrote, Kindness is a language which even the deaf can hear and the blind can see. Rev. Pratima Dharm will speak on the topic of kindness to remind us of how we need to be more kind in order to live with hope instead of hate especially to fight the wrongs present in our society today. Kindness when applied on self and others, is a strategy that helps us not only to adhere to the principles of our faith better but also helps us hear our own inner voices of truth and justice in order to create our Beloved Community.
