Of Unity and Diversity: Compromise, the Democratic Process and Spiritual Wholeness

with Liturgist Elizabeth Porter
“Compromise” is a word with varied and opposing meanings – it’s somehow both a stain on our integrity and a virtue that is essential for democracy and healthy relationships. In this service, we consider the role of compromise in our lives, and in this faith. Thanks to Kathi Yu, the winner of this year’s “choose a sermon topic” auction item, who provided the original idea for this service.

We regret that the music in our services is not coming through clearly on Zoom or FaceBook. We are trying to fix this problem, but in the meantime please join us in-person if you can.
