Your Ministerial Search Committee (MSC) has been very busy with round one of the search for a Developmental Minister for Paint Branch. Unfortunately, we did not get a match in the first round, so we will be moving to round 2. The Developmental Ministry search period is ended, so we will be moving on to a Contract Ministry search. Our goal is to find a Contract Minister who will continue our focus on our developmental goals and mission discernment for at least 2-4 years. Although the title is different, the nature of the work remains the same. 

This MSC is very encouraged by our UUA partners who believe that PBUUC is a “really exciting ministry opportunity” and that our packet and process represent us well. We are hopeful that round 2 will yield the results we seek. This is a rolling search so the MSC will begin to screen and interview applicants very soon and will continue until they find a minister to recommend to the Board.
