On May 22, 2024, a postcard will be sent to our membership providing formal notice of the Board meeting to be held on zoom at 10am on June 9th. The postcard will include a link to relevant Annual Meeting documents including the Agenda, the Annual Report, a draft Budget, a power point about the Budget, the wording of the proposed Articles of Incorporation change, a list of nominees and their bios for vacant positions and Minutes of last year’s Annual Meeting.
