The Committee on Ministry’s (CoM) mission is to monitor and help guide PBUUC ministry and support the spiritual health of the congregation. As per the charter, the CoM has the following responsibilities and goals, guided by a covenant of confidentiality:

• Serve as a sounding board for the minister; 
• Serve as an ear for congregants and a source of input to the Minister;
• Support the minister’s efforts to strengthen the ministry at PBUUC; and
• Other related duties as necessary.

To carry out these duties, the CoM needs your help. They want to know what’s going on, what is bubbling up, and where the gaps are between who we are and what we want to become, especially in the areas of worship, administration of the church, and our connections with each other.  You are encouraged to contact Rev. Ann directly with your feedback, and CoM members are also here to listen and engage.
