In the spirit of our November theme (Transformation) and of Veterans Day, we’ll reflect upon the light and legacy of the 442nd Regimental Combat Team – a WWII Army unit composed almost entirely of second-generation Japanese-Americans. Together we’ll consider the unique context of social, political, and racial injustice that surrounded them, and the many ways their courageous service transformed hearts and minds around the world. 

In the spirit of our November theme (Transformation) and Veterans Day, we’ll reflect upon the transformational shadows and light of military chaplaincy – through the prism of the proud few who are UU.
